Haymaker Energy originated and secured full consents for more than 130MW of solar farms in the UK across 12 sites. All of these projects were built out in time to benefit from ROC subsidies, some by partners that Haymaker sold the project rights to and others that were built out by Haymaker itself. Haymaker is active in the UK again with a portfolio of unsubsidised solar farms

The business has now expanded internationally and is developing a 1GW portfolio of sites in Spain with a Spanish partner trading as Watt Development www.watt-development.com.

Haymaker will consider any opportunity within its existing UK and Spanish markets or any JV opportunities in new countries.
